#161: Made With Love.

--

I find it embarrasing when people offer me a coffee and say, «I know it’s not as good as yours, but do you still want one?»

This is how such a conversation went today.

«Can I offer you a coffee?»

«Yes, please.»

«I know it’s not as good as yours.»

«Of all the coffees that I have had elsewhere, yours is the best.»

«Ha ha ha…»

«You know what the most important ingredient of a great coffee is?»

«The beans, I guess…»

«It’s love! I have had espressos in presumably the best cafés, made from single origin speaciality coffee beans, pulled from professional coffee machines by bald and heavily tattooed baristas. I didn’t like them because I didn’t feel the love.»

«I think you are right. There is lots of love in this one.»

Made with love.
